PRODUCT DESIGN

Stranded conductor made of bare electrolytic copper wires, soft temper, stranding class 2 NBR NM 280.
Insulation made of thermoplastic compound based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC/A).
Meeting of drivers in pairs, trios or quartets.
Twist pitch: 50 to 65mm
Individual shielding with aluminized polyester tape, with a flexible drain conductor of 0,5 mm² cross-section formed by tinned electrolytic copper wires.
Separator made of polyester tape.
Communication cable consisting of a stranded conductor with a cross-section of 0,50 mm², insulation in (PVC/A), blue color (when applied).
Intermediate layer made of thermoplastic compound based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC/ST1).
Galvanized steel strip.
Thermoplastic compound covering based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC/ST1).

Loading and Transportation

• Do not remove the protective materials and packaging that protect the reels and cables until they are used.
• Store in a protected or enclosed location to protect against damage from machinery.
• Store in a suitable, closed storage location for extended periods. (Coils and packaging should be kept in a dry place.)
• Seal both ends of the remaining cables on the reels using heat-shrink tubing to prevent moisture absorption.
